Section 6(b) in Andhra Pradesh Unaided Minority Professional Institutions (Regulation of Admissions into Under-Graduate Professional Courses through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2003
(b)The Management Seats shall be filled by the Management of the Unaided Minority Professional Institution following the eligibility criteria and ensuring merit and transparency.
