173. Fees for granting certified copies of document in the Registrar's Office.
- Any person may, on payment of fees at the rates specified in Schedule V, obtain certified copies of any document not being a document privileged under sections 123, 124, 129 and 131 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (Central Act I of 1872) filed in the Registrar's Office.
