Section 29(cxix) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(cxix)to accept, recognize and certify any person who have or who have not received their instruction at the university, or in any affiliated college or institution, who may be admitted as candidates for examination for standing or for any degrees, honours, scholarships or certificates of proficiency authorized to be granted or conferred by the university on such conditions as the Chancellor may from time to time determine;
