Section 1 in The Airports Authority Of India (Lost Property) Regulations, 2003

1. Short title, commencement and application .-(1) These regulations may be called The Airports Authority of India (Lost Property) Regulations, 2003.

(2)These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(3)These regulations shall apply to all the Airports and Civil Enclaves to which the Airports Authority of India Act, 1994 applies.
