Section 25(1) in Chhattisgarh Stamp (Payment of Duty by Means of e-Stamp Certificate) Rules, 2016
(1)The signature and seal (showing name and designation of the Authorised Collection Centers and name and address of the branch of Approved Intermediary) shall be made in permanent black ink or such color decided by the Appointing Authority.
