Section 52(1) in Sai Nath University, Jharkhand Act, 2012
(1)If any difficulty arises effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by a notification or order, make such provision, not incosistent with the provisions of this Act or the related Extent Laws as appear to it be necessary or expedient, for removing the difficulty.
