52. Removal of difficulties.
(1)If any difficulty arises effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by a notification or order, make such provision, not incosistent with the provisions of this Act or the related Extent Laws as appear to it be necessary or expedient, for removing the difficulty.(2)Provided that no notification or order under sub-section (1) shall be made after the expiration of a period of three years from the commencement of this Act.(3)Every order made under sub-section (1) shall as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature.
