The work of adult male workers employed on manufacturing process in rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe manufacturing factories shall be deemed to be of the nature referred in clause (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 64 of the Act and shall be exempt from the provisions of Section 55 of the Act subject to the conditions stated below :Conditions(1)the shift system shall be approved by an Inspector of Factories.(2)A rest period of half an hour shall be given to each worker during each shift.]Sizing, Dyeing, Bleaching and Cloth Printing[Section 64(2) (d)]
