Section 12(5) in The Maharashtra Homoeopathic and Biochemic Practitioners' (Registration of Enlistment) Rules, 1961
(5)The Registrar shall inform the registered or enlisted practitioner in Form 'K', within thirty days after all the fees outstanding from such practitioner are received.
