(3)Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions the washing facilities shall include -(a)a trough with taps or jets at intervals of not less than two feet; or(b)wash-basins with taps attached thereto; or(c)taps on stand pipes; or(d)showers controlled by taps; or(e)circular troughs of the fountain type provided that the Inspector may, having regard to the needs and habits of the workers, fix the proportion in which the aforementioned types of facilities shall be installed.
