Section 1 in The Salaries and Allowances of the Members of Jammu and Kashmir State Legislature Act, 1960
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Salaries and Allowances of Members of the Jammu and Kashmir State Legislature Act, 1960.(2)It shall come into force on the 26th January, 1960.
