Section 11(1) in Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies Act, 2008
(1)There shall be a Director of the constituent Institute who shall be appointed by the Chancellor from a panel of names recommended by the Governing Council in such manner as prescribed in the Statute 3.
