11. Director of the Institute.
(1)There shall be a Director of the constituent Institute who shall be appointed by the Chancellor from a panel of names recommended by the Governing Council in such manner as prescribed in the Statute 3.(2)The initial term of appointment shall be for a period of three years, and may be extended for another period of three years. The appointment is subject to the age limit of not exceeding 65 years.
