(2)No passenger on any boat shall-(i)obstruct the tindal or manjhi or crew in the discharge of their duties; or(ii)damage or attempt to damage the boat or any article on the boat; or(iii)be drunk and disorderly, or drunk and incapable or taking care of himself; or(iv)commit any nuisance or act of indecency, or use obscene or abusive language; or(v)without lawful excuse, interfere with the comfort of any passenger.
