(4)to advise Government in regard to-(a)the stages in the madrasa course at which examinations should be held and the course of studies for each such examination;(b)the fees to be paid by candidates at each examination and the fees to be paid for setting and marking papers.(Government Resolution no. 436-E.R., dated the 4th August 1922 and notification no. 575-E.R., dated the 14th August 1922).
