Section 19(3)(a) in Cochin Port Trust (Handling Freight Containers Carrying Dangerous or Hazardous Cargo) Regulations, 2019

(a)wherever and whenever dangerous goods are handled or when other goods handled adjacent to dangerous goods, adequate and flameproof lighting shall be provided; and
