(3)Adequate lighting arrangements shall be made and -(a)wherever and whenever dangerous goods are handled or when other goods handled adjacent to dangerous goods, adequate and flameproof lighting shall be provided; and(b)it shall be remembered that labels may appear to change colour in artificial light.
