Heard Sri Dhananjay Trivedi learned counsel for the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed Misc. Civil Appeal no.91 of 2023 (Sagar & ors vs Ram Naresh) along with an application for interim relief but the interim relief application has not been disposed of till date.
Perusal of the order sheet placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner indicates that notices were issued on 18.08.2023 and till 07.11.2023 he had not taken steps.
On a query being put to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he submits that steps have been taken on 08.11.2023.
In view of the above, no direction can be issued at this stage, for disposal of the case.
Dismissed accordingly.
