1. Learned Counsel for the Appellants submit that they have jointly filed a tabular chart setting out the total 155 cases that were being heard by this Court, and of these, 133 relate to villages Khizarabad, Kilokari and Nangli Razapur while 13 cases relate to village Ghari Maindu. 1.1 Learned Counsel for the Respondents concur with the contention as given by the Appellants qua the number of LA. Appeals which relate to four villages i.e., Khizarabad, Kilokari, Nangli Razapur and Ghari Maindu. 1.2 Learned Counsel for the parties further submit that although LA. APP. 231/2022 captioned Dal Chand Saini & Anr. v. Union of India & Anr. relates to village Kilokari, the award is an Award No.23/1992-93 dated 30.06.1992 while the award in the remaining Appeals in respect of village This is a digitally signed order.

Learned Counsel for the Appellants have handed over a hard copy of 133 matters, arguments for which have been addressed before this Court, in relation to villages Khizarabad, Kilokari and Nangli Razapur. Learned Counsel for the Appellants submits that the list has already been shared with the learned Counsel for the Respondents.
3. Let a copy of this list be placed on record by the Appellants. LA. APP. 1143/2008, LA. 618/20094. By an order dated 28.05.2025, the Court had recorded the following:
"1. Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that the arguments have been concluded in the Appeals which are in relation to three villages i.e., Khizarabad, Kilokari and Nangli Razapur.
2. Learned Counsel for the Appellants submit that so far as concerns the villages Ghari Maindu, Chuck Chilla and Behlolpur, the arguments are yet to commence.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for Respondent/UOI submits that certain matters listed today will then not be part of the present batch of matters.
4. Learned Counsel for the Appellants request for some time to take instructions. At their request, list on 30.05.2025."
5. Learned Counsel for the Appellant and Respondent/UOI have returned with instructions. They jointly submit that so far as concerns the village Ghari Maindu, the Appeals are 13 in number. They further submit that in fact the proceedings emanate from an order dated 07.06.2011 passed This is a digitally signed order.

5.1 Learned Counsel for the parties thus submits that these 13 Appeals also form part of the batch of matters which have been argued before this Court.
6. Accordingly, these Appeals will also be heard along with the present batch of Appeals.
7. Learned Counsel for Appellants appearing in these Appeals relating to village Ghari Maindu, submit that they adopt the arguments which were made by the learned Counsel for the Appellants and that they do not wish to make any additional arguments.
7.1 Learned Counsel for the Respondents submit that they have in any event, addressed arguments in relation to the Appeals of village Ghari Maindu.
8. Learned Counsel for the Appellant and the Respondents jointly submit that they will file a list of matters in relation to village Ghari Maindu during the course of the day.
9. Since the updated list containing details of all matters which was to be filed by the parties is not before this Court, list the matter on 02.06.2025.
10. The parties shall act based on a digitally signed copy of the order.
