An employee of a private educational institution who has been confirmed and whose services are retrenched or terminated by the Governing Council for reasons other than as a measure of punishment shall be entitled to compensation at the rate of fifteen days salary for every completed year of service subject to minimum of three months salary and maximum of fifteen months salary.
