Section 32(1) in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001
(1)An appeal shall lie to the Tribunal against the following orders and award, namely: -(a)an order refusing to grant a licence under section 26,(b)older revoking or suspending a licence or forfeiting the sum of deposit under section48,(c)an award made by the Authority under sub-section (1) or an order passed by the Authority under sub-section (2) of section 29.
