Section 1 in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Indian Electricity Grid Code) Regulations, 2010
1. Short title, extent and commencement
(1)These Regulations may be called the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Indian Electricity Grid Code) Regulations, 2010.(2)These Regulations shall come into force from 3.5.2010.(3)These regulations shall supersede the Indian Electricity Grid Code, 2006 which came into effect from 1.4.2006.
