Section 42(1) in Rules under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
(1)An application for entry of an additional degree or diploma in pharmacy or pharmaceutical chemistry shall be in Form E (1) appended to these Rules and shall be accompanied by the fee prescribed in this behalf in Rule 47 and documents of the degree or diplomas sought to be entered.
