Section 21(7) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(7)he shall exercise powers as laid down in Schedules-II & III and under other Acts in force as are applicable to him and be guided by such instructions as may be issued from time to time and submit such returns and reports as may be prescribed by concerned Joint Director or the Director;
