Section 28(1) in The Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University Act, 1978
(1)The University may establish a Board of Extra-mural Studies, a Board for Hostels and Community Life, a Board for Students' Welfare, an Academic Planning Board, and such other Boards as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
