28. University Boards.
(1)The University may establish a Board of Extra-mural Studies, a Board for Hostels and Community Life, a Board for Students' Welfare, an Academic Planning Board, and such other Boards as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)The constitution, powers and duties of each of the Boards established under subsection (1) shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
