12. Application of Board Fund.
(1)Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the Board Fund shall be applied as follows:-(i)for the payment of reasonable charges and expenses incidental to several matters specified in this act in accordance with regulations made in this behalf;(ii)for other purposes for which by or under this Act powers are conferred or duties imposed upon the Board in accordance with regulations.(2)The annual net savings shall be placed at the disposal of the State Government exclusively for the development of secondary education in the State.
