Section 12(1) in The Rajasthan Secondary Education Act, 1957
(1)Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the Board Fund shall be applied as follows:-(i)for the payment of reasonable charges and expenses incidental to several matters specified in this act in accordance with regulations made in this behalf;(ii)for other purposes for which by or under this Act powers are conferred or duties imposed upon the Board in accordance with regulations.
