Section 20 in Atal Medical and Research University, Himachal Pradesh Act, 2017
20. Finance Officer.
(1)The Finance Officer shall be a whole time salaried officer of the University, appointed by the Board of Management. He shall hold office subject to such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed.(2)The Finance Officer shall be responsible for preparation of annual financial estimates, the annual statements of accounts and balance sheets, and shall exercise general supervision over the funds of the University and exercise such other powers and perform such other functions, as may be assigned to him by the Board of Management or as may be prescribed by the statues or ordinances.(3)The emoluments and other conditions of service of the Finance Officer shall be such, as may be prescribed by the statutes or ordinances.
