(2)The Finance Officer shall be responsible for preparation of annual financial estimates, the annual statement of accounts and balance-sheets, and shall exercise general supervision over the funds of the University and exercise such other powers and perform such other functions, as may be assigned to him by the Board of Management or as may be prescribed by the statutes or ordinances.
