20. Finance Officer.
(1)The Finance Officer shall be a whole time salaried officer of the University, appointed by the Board of Management. He shall hold office subject to such terms and conditions, as may be specified by the Board of Management.(2)The Finance Officer shall be responsible for preparation of annual financial estimates, the annual statement of accounts and balance-sheets, and shall exercise general supervision over the funds of the University and exercise such other powers and perform such other functions, as may be assigned to him by the Board of Management or as may be prescribed by the statutes or ordinances.(3)The emoluments and other conditions of service shall be such, as may be prescribed by the Board of Management or by statutes or ordinances.
