Section 42(a) in Telangana State Electrical Licensing Regulations, 2018
(a)The wiring staff of every contractor shall consist of full time employees holding certificates and permits issued by the Board. Provided that a contractor may engage not exceeding 2 apprentices in the appropriate cadre for every permit holder employed for training purpose.
