42. Staff of Contractor.
(a)The wiring staff of every contractor shall consist of full time employees holding certificates and permits issued by the Board. Provided that a contractor may engage not exceeding 2 apprentices in the appropriate cadre for every permit holder employed for training purpose.(b)Every contractor shall maintain a register of Supervisors, Wiremen and apprentices employed by him in Form-I which shall be open for inspection by the Secretary or his representatives. No of person, whose name is not entered in such register, shall be considered to be on the Contractor's staff.
