Section 20 in The Gujarat Affiliated Colleges Services Tribunal Act, 1982
20. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Gujarat Affiliated Colleges Services Tribunal Ordinance, 1981 (Gujarat Ordinance ?? of 1981) in hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
