Section 16(1) in Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2019
(1)The Complainant shall, in respect of matters falling under the jurisdiction of the Forum, have the right to approach the Forum directly, established under these Regulations existing within the licensee;
