Section 3(i) in Bihar Enlistment of Contractors Rules, 1992
(i)Enlistment of Contractors under Class I-S, Class-I-A, Class-I-B and Class II, shall be made by a Committee of Chief Engineers, Monitoring and Chief Engineer, Patna of the Department of Water Resources presided over by the Engineer-in-Chief of the Department.
