Section 28 in Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Development Act, 2012
28. Members, officers and employees of the Board to be public servants.
- The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Members, Member - Secretary and officers and employees of the Board shall be deemed, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, or any rule or regulation or order or direction made or issued under this Act, to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
