Section 33(b) in Bihar Boiler Operation Engineer's Rules, 1960
(b)he has, served for not less than 2 years as an Engineer or Assistant Engineer in the running, and maintenance of a battery of boilers not less than two in number and each of not less than 1,000 square feet heating surface.
