Section 55(1) in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988
(1)Where the Act, Rules or the by-laws provide for representative of a society to the board of another society, such representative shall be chosen by the board of the former society by a resolution passed by a majority of the members present and voting.
