Section 35(3) in The Marble Development And Conservation Rules, 2002
(3)He shall carry out all such orders and directions as may be given in writing under these rules by the State Government or any person authorised in this behalf by that Government and shall forward a copy of each of such orders or directions to the holder of prospecting license or, as the case may be, the marble quarry or mine lease.
