Section 24(1) in Pandit Sundar Lal Sharma (Open) University Chhattisgarh Adhiniyam, 2004
(1)Co-ordination Committee established under the Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 22 of 1973) shall exercise the powers and perform the functions enumerated in Section 34 of the said Act.
