Section 11(1) in The Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories (Maharashtra Provision for Uniform Application and Amendment) Act, 1961
(1)Any Mehwassi entitled to compensation under section 10 may make an application therefor to the Collector in the prescribed form, within the prescribed period.
