Section 14 in Assam Judicial Service Rules, 2003

14. Training.

- [(1) There shall be a training course for the Officers appointed in Grade-Ill of the service and direct recruits in Grade-I of the service, as the High Court may deem fit and proper as per the Schedule D.] [Substituted by Notification No. JDJ/11016/78/2017-ESTT-JUDI-Judicial/15, dated 12.6.2019 (w.e.f. 17.2.2003).]
(2)The High Court may arrange Refresher Course for officers of all cadres from time to time. The Judicial Officer may also be deputed for Training/ Refresher outside the State or outside the country in consultation with the State Govt.
