Section 49(1) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Election) Rules, 1994
(1)(a)The presiding officer shall at the close of the poll, prepare the ballot paper account in Form 17.(b)The presiding officer shall place the ballot paper account in a separate envelope and endorse on it the words "ballot paper account".
