Section 45(4) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002
(4)The president or the Chairperson as the case may be shall preside over the meetings of the Managing Committee. In his absence, the Managing Committee may elect a member from amongst themselves to preside over the meeting as Chairperson.
