Section 93(c) in The Punjab Capital (Development and Regulation) Building Rules, 1952
(c)if placed within a building, fitted with an air-tight manhole cover;(xv)Drain connection for industrial and Chemical or other trade effluent - Every drain and private sewer intended solely for conveyance of industrial or chemical or other trade effluent shall be constructed of good sound pipes of material unaffected by the chemical action of the effluent and shall be laid as described heretofore.
