Section 28 in The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002
28. Direction by the Government.
(1)In the discharge of its functions under this Act, the Board shall be guided by such directions on questions of policy as may be given to it by the Government.(2)If any dispute arises between the Government and the Board as to whether the question is or is not a question of policy, decision thereon of the Government shall be final.
