O R D E R (ORAL)
Hon'ble Mr. Tarun Shridhar, Member (A) Since all these Original Applications deal with the subject of appropriate fixation of pay and considering that the facts, issues as also the reliefs sought are identical, they are being disposed of by way of a common order with the consent of learned counsels for the parties.

Although pleadings in the OAs are voluminous, learned counsels for the parties agree that the issue has already been settled 10 Item No. 40 and 45 Court-2 OA No. 1126/2016 and batch conclusively by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Tribunal vide OA No. 1588/2015 along with OA No. 1561/2015. They further submit that in some other identical OAs, the order of this Tribunal dated 28.04.2022 in the aforementioned two OAs has been the guiding factor in disposing of the OAs bearing similar subject. The consistent directions of this Tribunal have been that the matter of appropriate fixation of pay and allowances of the applicants be determined and decided in accordance with the order dated 28.04.2022. However, it has further been recorded that the said order has been put to challenge before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in Writ Petition (C) No. 1695/2023, Union of India & Ors. vs. Prashant Kulkarni & Ors.
3. Learned counsel for the parties agree that both the parties shall be bound by the final orders/judgment passed by the Hon'ble High Court in the aforesaid Writ Petition. Accordingly, little purpose would be served in dwelling any further upon the instant OAs.
4. In view of what has been outlined above and with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the present OAs are disposed of with a direction that both the parties shall be bound by the decision of the Hon'ble High Court in WP(C) No. 1695/2023 which is dealing with the subject of the order in OA No. 1588/2015 and 1561/2015 as and when the situation so arises.
5. The OAs stand disposed of against the background of what has been recorded and directed hereinabove.
6. Associated MAs shall stand disposed of.
