43. Sittings of the Tribunal.
(1)The Tribunal shall not ordinarily hold sittings on Saturdays, nor on any Sundays and other public holidays.(2)[ The sitting hours of the Tribunal shall ordinarily be as under :In New Delhi, Bombay and MadrasFrom 10.30 A.M. to 1.30 P.M. and from 2.15 P.M. to 4.45 P.M.In CalcuttaForm 10.15 A.M. to 1.15 P.M. and from 2.00 P.M. to 4.30 P.M.] [Substituted by CEGAT Order No.I/94, dated 27th September, 1994.]
