2. Definitions .-(1) In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,-
(a)"Act" means the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Act, 2001;(b)"Journal" means the Plant Variety Journal of India;(2)All other words and expressions used in these regulations and not defined, but defined in the Act, shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
